A wellpoint dewatering system is used to create a temporary lowering of the ground water table during excavations to remove the ingress subsurface water and stabilize the excavation slopes. Wellpoint dewatering is most effective in soils that are permeable however Akwasol can provide more complex system should the soils be unsuitable.
